By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

SHINE FINANCE SA LTD provides personalised lifestyle coaching, mindset support, planning consultations, and concierge task management. All services are delivered digitally via video calls, email, phone, or secure messaging platforms as agreed upon booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All fees are displayed in GBP and must be paid in full via Stripe before service delivery begins.
  • We accept Card and BACS Debit payments. BACS payments may require 1–2 business days to clear before session confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Booked services retain the price at time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Coach-led sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Digital resources and completed concierge tasks are final sale. Refunds are issued at our discretion in compliance with UK consumer law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for informational and personal development purposes. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. SHINE FINANCE SA LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
