How we deliver digital services and concierge support

1. Service Delivery Format

All coaching, mindset, and planning sessions are delivered remotely via secure video platforms (Zoom/Google Meet) or phone, as selected during checkout. Session links and calendar invites are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Digital Resources Access

  • Custom planners, habit trackers, and mindset workbooks are delivered as downloadable PDFs via email.
  • Access links remain active for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Additional copies or re-sends are available upon request at no extra charge.

3. Concierge Task Fulfillment

Concierge packages include research, booking management, scheduling, and administrative support. Tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–5 business days per package). Progress updates are provided via email or your preferred messaging channel.

4. Scheduling & Timezones

Our team operates in GMT/BST. All bookings will be automatically converted to your local timezone. Rescheduling is permitted once per session with 24 hours' advance notice.

5. Technical Requirements

To access digital sessions and materials, you need a stable internet connection, a modern browser, and an active email address. We recommend using Chrome, Safari, or Edge for optimal compatibility.
